If you need to return an item, please email us at merchandise@ussailing.org for return authorization and instructions. You typically may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges on your order will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Please pack your items carefully and ship your return package via a trackable carrier. You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
